Sacrament of Matrimony
"A marriage lasts a lifetime; a wedding is one day."
That's the philosophy of St. Anthony Parish as we joyfully prepare couples for the sacrament of matrimony. Please contact the church at least ONE YEAR before the planned wedding. Couples may be married at St. Anthony Parish if they are members of the parish. If you are not a member, permission from your own pastor must be given before we can proceed.
The initial meeting with the pastor begins the process. Baptismal records of both parties must be presented before a date can be set. Then you will be assigned to work with a Couple-to-Couple team, who will help you to develop and enhance the faith, maturity and communication skills to make yours a marriage for a lifetime.
Validation of a Civil Marriage
The Church is happy to offer a validation of a civil marriage (what used to be called "having a marriage blessed") if it is possible. Every case is different. Contact Fr. Bob if this is a possibility that applies to you.
Couple-to-Couple Ministry

If you are interested in finding more information about this ministry you may contact our current married couple: Steve & Michelle O’Leary and find out how it has enriched their married lives or you may contact Fr.
